The short version: Flexi West End is a free search tool that helps you find theatre tickets. We don't sell tickets ourselves — when you book, you buy directly from a third-party ticketing provider. Anything to do with your actual booking, payment, tickets, or refunds is between you and that provider, not us.
1. What Flexi West End is
Flexi West End is a search tool that helps you find theatre seats across different dates and prices. We show availability and pricing information provided by third-party ticketing partners, and link you out to them to book.
2. We don't sell tickets
We are not a ticket seller, box office, or agent. We don't process payments, issue tickets, or hold any booking on your behalf. When you click through to book, you leave Flexi West End and enter into a transaction directly with the ticketing provider. Their terms and conditions apply to that purchase.
3. Bookings, payments and refunds
Because we don't sell tickets, we can't help with anything related to a booking you've made — including payments, delivery of tickets, changes, cancellations, or refunds. If you have an issue with a booking, you'll need to contact the ticketing provider you booked with directly, as they hold your booking and payment details. We don't have access to them.
4. Accuracy of information
We work hard to show accurate, up-to-date availability and pricing, but this information comes from third parties and can change quickly. Prices, availability, and seat details may differ by the time you reach the ticketing provider's site. We don't guarantee that any information on Flexi West End is complete, accurate, or current, and we're not liable for any differences between what's shown here and what's offered at the point of booking.
5. Availability of the service
Flexi West End is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the service at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
6. Third-party sites
Our links take you to third-party ticketing websites that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing, or your experience on them. Once you leave Flexi West End, you're subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
7. How we make money
Flexi West End is free to use. We may earn a commission from ticketing partners when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. This never affects the price you pay.
8. Acceptable use
Please use Flexi West End for its intended purpose — finding theatre tickets. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, copy, or misuse the service or its data.
9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Flexi West End, from any booking you make with a third party, or from any inaccuracy in the information shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
