Already booked and need help with your tickets?

Flexi West End is a search tool — we don't sell tickets, and we don't have access to any bookings, payments, or refunds. If you've booked a ticket, you'll need to contact the ticketing provider you booked with directly. They hold your booking and are the only ones who can help with changes, refunds, or delivery. Look for the confirmation email from whoever you completed your purchase with.
